LET'S start with the physical aspect of balancing. while YOU'RE Balancing on one foot, a multitude of muscles are firing and activated, making your muscles grow stronger and become more effective.
Research has proven that people with good physical balance:

2.) Have less falls and injuries.
Practicing balancing exercises also improves your Brain’s cognitive function, with an increase in memory and spatial cognition.

The physical aspect of balancing can be difficult but bringing balance to our lives’ is also a struggle.
We have so many things to balance, our families, our health, our jobs, our commitments. Balancing our lives is a lifelong practice. But starts with prioritizing what matters most to you!
